Born in a 250-square-foot garage.
I'm an ex-competitive powerlifter and a fitness coach. For years I ran real programming — meet prep, periodized strength blocks, conjugate methods, HIIT-style conditioning — the training that actually builds strength and keeps your engine.
Then two kids showed up and the commercial gym stopped fitting my life. So I built one into a 250-square-foot garage and kept training. That's Daddy Lifting Den — where this app was born.
I didn't want to bend my training around a generic app, so I built one that bends around me: my goals, my equipment, the time I actually have. Turns out that's what most people want — parents, shift workers, anyone whose life doesn't leave room for a two-hour gym session. You don't have to be a dad. You just have to want to keep training when life gets full.
