The tools I build at Troph. AI that makes regular people dangerously capable, starting with one product, built and shipped solo. More budding off the hub.
The other half of what I do. I cut the cost and busywork out of healthcare operations: intake and triage automation, reporting that builds itself, and the tangle of systems your team fights every day.
Fixed scope, fixed price, a clear end date, then I hand it off and get out of your way.
See how I work →AI tools for regular people. Expert-level help, no tech degree required. First up is Daddy HQ, an AI strength coach for anyone training around a real life. More budding off the hub.
I won't sell you AI magic. What I'll do is build the thing myself, ship it, and tell you straight when something isn't worth doing. Daddy HQ is the proof: a product I made and shipped solo, not a pitch.
See the lineup →Every Troph tool is built around one person: you. Each one adds a spoke: a capability, a bit of expert reach, momentum you didn't have yesterday.
We take what used to need a specialist and put it in your hands, in a form that just works. A regular person, quietly getting more capable, and the wheel carries you forward. Growth you can feel. Literally what troph means.
An AI strength coach that programs around your goals, your equipment, and the time you actually have, without a spreadsheet and a PhD in programming. Built in a one-car garage, for anyone training around a full life.
In private beta with a small crew right now. Want in?
See what it does →New tools are dividing off the hub. We build one thing at a time and build it right. Same DNA, same care, same slightly-unhinged attention to detail.
Get on the list →Get it into hands fast, then obsess over the details that make it feel great.
Features are easy to copy. The care underneath them isn't. That's what people stay for.
One thing at a time. A few things done exceptionally beats many things done loudly.
Powerful tools shouldn't only belong to the people who build them. Troph hands that power to everyone else.
Troph is Mike Mielke, a dad, a lifter, and a mountain biker. He likes to tinker. He started Troph because he wanted tools that worked the way he wanted them to, and because building them is fun. So he makes the stuff he wishes existed, messes with it until it feels right, and has a good time doing it. Serious about the work, not so serious about himself.
Building something in the same spirit, or just want to talk shop? Come say wassup. We're friendly, we promise.
